NEW MOON IN LEO & LIONS GATE
Shine your Light!

We have some beautifully playful, creative energy coming up with the next New Moon on 4th August. This New Moon also falls in the middle of the Lions Gate Portal, which happens once a year, when the Earth, Sirius, Orion and the Sun all line up, becoming exact on 8th August. This alignment is honoured by many cultures as a significant spiritual opening

The Sun shines in its fullest blossom and finds its most magnificient development in Leo,  which is the sign that it rules.  Leo rules the Heart centre and is helps us to express our unique light. 

This New Moon has a few very positive alignments for us all, and can bode particularly well if you have your sun, moon or ascendant in the mid degrees of Leo, or the other fixed signs, Taurus, Scorpio and Aquarius. 

This is a beautiful time to plant new heart seeds of intention, with regards to how you want to radiate your unique light and expression into the world. Be sure to take some time to play and create this weekend and over the next few weeks. Whatever seeds of intention you plant now will bloom and grow. 

Mercury, the planet of communication and our thought processes is turning retrograde just after new moon, which can result in loss of data, travel issues and misunderstandings. Take it a bit slow, breathe before you react and back up your data!
